Where do we build?

The short answer is ANYWHERE!!! Well, anywhere in Central PA. There are some homesites in communities that are exclusive to certain builders and only an approved builder can build homes in those communities. Oftentimes, exclusive builders are also the developer, or they’re partnered with the developer of the land. If your land isn’t in a community it is referred to as a scattered lot and most of the time you can pick your own builder. I say most of the time because there is always an exception!
