This company represents the more than two-decade journey to get to where we are today.

My name is Brandon and my wife is Karly…Kar-don, get it!? Also, Branly Custom Homes just didn’t sound as good. We have 3 boys ages 5, 7, and 9 and since life wasn’t crazy enough with 3 boys, we also have 2 dogs.

My love for houses goes all the way back to my childhood. For my 8th birthday, all I wanted was a dollhouse because I so badly wanted to build a house. In high school I took architecture classes with plans to go to college for Architecture. After being unable to come up with the massive amount of money needed for tuition, I switched gears and went to a local community college for Automotive Technology.

A couple of years later I went back to school for Mechanical Engineering Technology, and I then began my career as a CAD Designer and Project Manager. Still feeling like I wasn’t where I needed to be, and still having a love for houses, I made a drastic jump to a career in Real Estate. I was finally in a career that fulfilled my love of houses! As a Realtor I was able to get involved with new home construction. Getting to be a part of these homes from the ground up reignited my desire to build homes myself.

After a few more years, I downloaded an at-home version of the software that I use to design homes today. I was instantly hooked! As I learned more, I was able to get connected with a local design company, who I met during my time in new construction, and I started designing custom homes. For years, I have worked side-by-side with them to learn even more of the ins and outs of designing and building a home. This brought my skill set full circle with the ability to not only sell homes but also custom design and build them! Eventually, I got the opportunity of a lifetime when a local developer backed me so that I could start building these homes and bring my designs to life!

For me, designing and building homes isn’t just a hobby or a career, it’s a passion! I love finding cost effective ways to achieve my client’s dreams. A custom home doesn’t have to come with a million-dollar price tag. Sometimes all it takes is a little imagination and thinking outside the box!
